We get this question a lot. And if I’m being honest, it’s evolved since the ideal originated back in 2019 so thought I’d do a quick post about what we offer currently, and what we are working on adding!
Adventure Retreats
Our flagship adventure retreat in Costa Rica is an annual offering every February. Costa Rica is really where the idea of ShoeFly began, so it’s a super special location close to our hearts and we love sharing this amazing place with you through exploration & adventure!
We are currently working on adding more locations in 2023, so stay tuned!
Personalized Fitness Programming
We offer personalized general fitness & weightlifting programs for anyone who needs help reaching their fitness goals and/or progressing in the sport of weightlifting. We write programming specific to you & your goals that includes video reviews and feedback so you can always be improving even if you work out on your own!
Custom Group Events
If you have an event to celebrate with friends or need a fun team-building idea for you & your coworkers look no further! We create custom fitness classes ranging from snarky yoga complete with fist unicorns, afternoon recess, puppy yoga fundraisers, and/or team workouts to help you get in a good workout or stretch session while also having a blast with your crew! We believe fitness should be fun, so we create classes based on what YOU want! Shoot us a note and let us know how we can help!

We know not everyone wants or needs specific programming, so we are in the process of recording yoga & yoga/HIIT combo classes to be offered at a very affordable rate on our website. We love how we feel when we stay consistent on our mats, but know some classes can be hard to follow if you aren’t a seasoned yogi. So we plan to make instruction clear without using strange words you’ve never heard of while helping you stay accountable to your mat, and having some f*cking fun in the process. 🎉 Subscribe to our email list to gain first access when the membership is ready at a crazy cheap rate we won’t be sharing anywhere else.
